MPC’s kitchen is not a 100% gluten free environment, but is gluten friendly. We carry many items that are gluten free but cook near and on surfaces that have had prior contact to items containing gluten. Gluten free (subject to availability): substitute spaghetti or fettuccine for any pasta dish, homemade meat lasagna, 10” thin crust pizza (add +$2.00), rolls, cookies and cheesecake.
